So this isn’t really one of those posts that are strictly for us Des Moines folks… it’s kind of for everyone. I hope that more people than just Des Moines people read here anyway:)
If you want to have more fire in your night there are really quite a few things you should be doing. Being more romantic with your significant other. Going out on the town. You know fun stuff!
When the night is over and you get back home if you are a lady…. and maybe you are a little on the curvier side like most American women are then slip on some nice plus size lingerie. That will get the night moving in the right direction.
Make sure to take into account what your partner wants to do and just roll with it. I know I’m being a bit vague.. but we have to keep it PG here. Just use your imagination!

So I went in for an adjustment at the recommendation of some of you guys and also some of the people here in the “real world”.
Nothing was really wrong with me, I just wanted to feel even better. You know, optimum performance type stuff. So I scheduled an appointment with a practitioner on Wednesday and they said they could see me the same day! I was super stoked. Everyone I talk to talks about how awesome they feel after an adjustment… especially if they get a good chiropractor.
So I go in and the doctor tells me to lay on the table. First thing I think to myself is “Man! This Table IS AWESOME!”. I wish I knew where I could find some chiropractic tables for sale!
But I digress. So I had the adjustment done. It took about 15 minutes. A lot shorter than I anticipated.
When I got up an walked around a bit I felt AMAZING! It was like a big heavy sandbag had been lifted off my shoulders! After I expressed this to my doctor he said he noticed a bit of pressure in my shoulders and relieved it. It was like magic.
So anyway… I totally recommend it.

They have a huge variety of stuff. They are especially great for dress forms for sale.
